Police blotter for Feb. 21

The Bristol Police Department reported the following arrests:
•James D. Olson, 53, of 32 Pine Hill Rd., Burlington was arrested on Feb. 12 and charged with operation while under the influence and restricted turns fail signal.
•Nicolette Alevrides, 42, of 80 Robbin St., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 11 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Shirley Ramos, 71, of 83 Meadow St., Apt. No. 1E, Bristol was arrested on Feb. 11 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Stefano A. Pollastro, 36, of 127 Willis St., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 11 and charged with evading responsibility and following too close.
•Dwayne A. Smith, 36, of 176 Davis Dr., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 11 and charged with illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescriptions, illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescription of narcotics and distribution of controlled substances less than 1,500 feet from school. He was arrested in another incident and charged with illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescriptions, illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescription of narcotics, and distribution of controlled substances less than 1,500 feet from school. He then was arrested in another incident and charged with illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescriptions, illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescription of narcotics and distribution of controlled substances less than 1,500 feet from school, conspiracy to commit illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescriptions, conspiracy to commit illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescription of narcotics, and conspiracy to commit distribution of controlled substances less than 1,500 feet from school.
•Timothy M. Orozco, 32, of 103 Haviland St., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 10 and charged with tampering with or fabricating, third degree assault, third degree criminal mischief, and second degree breach of peace.
•Gregory G. Pokorny, 45, of 34 Dwight St., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 8 and charged with third degree assault, second degree breach of peace, second degree strangulation, and second degree unlawful restraint.
•Jason M. Pilon, 33, of 83 Morningside Dr., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 8 and charged with threatening and failure to comply fingerprint request.
•Patricia Baum, 20, of 100 Lewis Rd., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 8 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Joshua Daniels, 26, of 24 Conlon St., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 7 and charged with murder.
•Alicia Stetson, 41, of 41 View St., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 7 and charged with first degree threatening and second degree breach of peace.
•Nikolas B. Avallone, 23, of 60 Mills St., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 7 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Pasquale Avallone, 55, of 93 Broad St., Plainville was arrested on Feb. 7 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Fabio Fines Dominguez, 58, of 35 West Side Ave., Haverstraw, NY was arrested on Feb. 13 and charged with third degree assault and disorderly conduct.
•Monica M. Jaskot, 27, of 32 Bradley Rd., Burlington was arrested on Feb. 12 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Adam Martin, 24, of 21 Grove St., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 12 and charged with illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescriptions, illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescription of narcotics and distribution of controlled substances less than 1500 feet from school. He was arrested again and charged with illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescription, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, conspiracy to commit illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescriptions, conspiracy to commit possession of narcotics with intent to sell, distribution of controlled substances less than 1,500 feet from school, possession of drug paraphernalia in drug factory situation, injury/risk/ impairing morals, theft of a firearm, and illegal possession of assault weapon.
•Breannah Ohidy, 23, of 21 Grove St., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 12 and charged with illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescription, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, conspiracy to commit illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescriptions, conspiracy to commit possession of narcotics with intent to sell, distribution of controlled substances less than 1,500 feet from school, possession of drug paraphernalia in drug factory situation, and injury/risk/ impairing morals.
