Police blotter for Feb. 28

The Bristol Police Department reported the following arrests:
•Armando Perez, 73, of 36 Summer St., Apt. No. 5, Bristol was arrested on Feb. 21 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Anthony M. Scata, 20, of 26 Austin Brook Dr., East Granby was arrested on Feb. 21 and charged with operation of motor vehicle by minor having elevated blood alcohol content, travel too fast for conditions and restricted turns fail signal.
•Cynthia M. Pough, 42, of 52 Apple Tree Hill, New Britain was arrested on Feb. 19 and charged with operation while under the influence and restricted turns failure to signal.
•Justin L. Wilson, 26, of 7 Sherman St., second floor was arrested on Feb. 18 and charged with threatening, second degree breach of peace and failure to comply fingerprint request.
•Jessica Cyr, 28, of 21 Litchfield Lane., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 18 and charged with second degree breach of peace and third degree assault.
•Heather Morin, 28, of 19 Prince St., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 18 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Leland Lollar-Davis, 22, of 57 Lillian Rd., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 18 and charged with disorderly conduct and threatening.
•Michael E. Richardson, 36, of 29 Prospect Ext. St., Terryville was arrested on Feb. 18 and charged with illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescriptions, and illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescription of narcotics. He was arrested in another incident and charged with no insurance, misuse of plate, operation with registration/license suspended/revoked, operation of unregistered motor vehicle, illegal possession, illegal possession of narcotics, distribution of controlled substances less than 1500 feet from school, illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescription, and interfering with an officer.
•Rafael R. Cartagena, 62, of 166 Vance Dr., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 18 and charged with second degree breach of peace and third degree assault.
•Carol A. Rosa, 50, of 166 Vance Dr., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 18 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Victoria A. Sewell, 33, of 488 Perkins St., Apt. No. 4, Waterbury was arrested on Feb. 18 and charged with second degree breach of peace and third degree assault.
•Robert A. Gediman, 45, of 193 Center St., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 18 and charged with second degree failure to appear. He was arrested in another incident and charged with distribution of controlled substances less than 1,500 feet from school, illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescriptions, and illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescription of narcotics. He then was arrested in another incident and charged with distribution of controlled substances less than 1,500 feet from school, illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescriptions, and illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescription of narcotics, illegal possession, illegal possession of narcotics and use of minor to distribute controlled substance.
•Demetra L. Markiewicz, 30, of 49 Patricia Lane., Naugatuck was arrested on Feb. 18 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Christopher Sanchez-Santana, 25, of 129 Lillian Rd., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 17 and charged with disorderly conduct.
•Alexander Paul Carpenter, 29, of 18 Willoughby St., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 16 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Heriberto Velez, 19, of 116 High St., Apt. No. 5, Bristol was arrested on Feb. 16 and charged with possession of less than one-half ounce of cannabis type substance, criminal attempt/ assault on a peace officer and disorderly conduct.
•Erin R. Lavoie, 32, of 82 Hull St., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 16 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Michelle Bossie, 46, of 223 Marcia Dr., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 15 and charged with interfering with an officer.
•Matthew B. Day, 32, of 820 Stafford Ave., Apt. No. 13, Bristol was arrested on Feb. 15 and charged with failure to comply fingerprint request, second degree breach of peace, second degree unlawful restraint, threatening, second degree criminal mischief, and interfering with an officer.
•Lisa M. Burnham, 50, of 72 South St. Ext., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 14 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
