Police blotter for Feb. 14

The Bristol Police Department reported the following arrests:
•Arline L. Martin, 49, of 193 West St., Bristol was arrested on Feb.4 and charged with assault on a peace officer, and second degree breach of peace.
•Josue Vazquez, 30, of 68 Cypress St., Meriden was arrested on Feb. 3 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Shelley M. Mastroianni, 38, of 120 Sixth St., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 2 and charged with criminal attempt/ assault on a peace officer, second degree breach of peace, threatening, and failure to comply fingerprint request.
•Veronica D. Brooks, 46, of 102 Capen St., Hartford was arrested on Feb. 2 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•John Brasseur, 51, of 28 Lincoln St., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 2 and charged with first degree criminal trespass.
•Tracey Hemingway, 32, of 45 Lebanon Ave., Willimantic was arrested on Feb. 2 and charged with first degree criminal trespass, and second degree breach of peace.
•Delmy M. Alarcon-Ortiz, 27, of 415 Main St., Apt. No. 3, Bristol was arrested on Feb. 2 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Freddy Ramirez, 31, of 415 Main St., Apt. No. 3, Bristol was arrested on Feb. 2 and charged with second degree breach of peace and third degree assault.
•Jose A. Estrada, 37, of 1438 Corbin Ave., New Britain was arrested on Feb. 1 and charged with operation while under the influence, failure to have lights illuminated, and failure to comply fingerprint request.
•Kristen A. Rinas, 26, of 60 Uconn Dr., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 1 and charged with operation while under the influence and driving right hand lane.
•Michael J. Getchell, 28, of 91 Lardner Rd., Bristol was arrested on Jan. 31 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Luis Cantre, 28, of 78 Davis Dr., Bristol was arrested on Jan. 31 and charged with fifth degree larceny. He was arrested in another incident and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Benjamin A. Moreland, 29, of 110 High St., Apt. No. 3, Bristol was arrested on Jan. 31 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Vincent M. Taricani, 26, of 10 Birch St., Apt. No. second floor, Terryville was arrested on Jan. 31 and charged with first degree criminal trespass and second degree breach of peace.
•Matthew J. Williams, 24, of 33 Johnson St., Torrington was arrested on Jan. 31 and charged with interfering with an officer, first degree criminal trespass and second degree breach of peace.
•Paul Swiderski, 19, of 424 W. Pines Dr., Southington was arrested on Feb. 6 and charged with operation of motor vehicle by minor having elevated blood alcohol content, operation with registration/license suspended/ revoked, and failure to drive right.
•Viollette Janowiec, 25, of 19 Daisy Circle., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 6 and charged with disorderly conduct.
•Carol Saluski, 58, of 22 Evelyn Rd., Forestville was arrested on Feb. 6 and charged with disorderly conduct and third degree assault.
•Jordon Terry Rutledge, 22, of 31 Summer St., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 6 and charged with first degree reckless endangerment, and second degree breach of peace.
•Gina Davenport, 29, of 69 Wolcott St., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 6 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Pernell Clemonts, 30, of 139 Washington St., Apt. No. 3N, New Britain was arrested on Feb. 6 and charged with disorderly conduct.
•Melissa Layfulde, 35, of 132 Polaski St., Torrington was arrested on Feb. 6 and charged with conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny and sixth degree larceny.
•Michael Siok, 29, of 132 Polaski St., Torrington was arrested on Feb. 6 and charged with conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny and sixth degree larceny.
•Gabor Cirok, 38, of 89 Judd St., Bristol was arrested on Feb. 5 and charged with first degree criminal trespass and criminal violation of restraining order. He was arrested in another incident and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Becky S. Ziegler, 34, of 135 Rockwell Ave., Apt. No. B, Bristol was arrested on Feb. 4 and charged with sixth degree larceny. She was arrested in another incident and charged with illegal possession, illegal possession of narcotics, interfering with an officer, criminal impersonation, second degree false statement, second degree forgery, and sixth degree larceny.
