Bristol police reported the following arrests:
•Aaron J. Pratt, 22, of 26 Prospect Street Ext., Terryville was arrested on March 27 and charged with operation while under the influence, evading responsibility, and restricted turns failure to signal.
•Douglas Lee Ouellette, 20, of 480 Mix St., Bristol was arrested on March 27 and charged with operation while under the influence, illegal possession, illegal possession of narcotics, and possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana.
•Tiffany Clapper, 19, of 23 Jacobs St., Bristol was arrested on March 27 and charged with illegally obtaining/supplying drugs.
•Melissa Gagnon, 31, of 165 Stevens St., Bristol was arrested on March 27 and charged with illegal possession, illegal possession of narcotics, and illegally obtaining/supplying drugs.
•Thomas Douglas Morin, 21, of 23 Jacobs St., Bristol was arrested on March 27 and charged with illegal possession of marijuana, illegally obtaining/ supplying drugs, illegal possession, and illegal possession of narcotics.
•Kathia Albert, 24, of 118 Linden St., Apt. No. 1F, New Britain was arrested on March 27 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Lisette Rivera-Rodriguez, 47, of 69 Robert St., Apt. No. 1F, New Britain was arrested on March 27 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Jeffrey A. Stamand, 47, of 156 Main St., Apt. No. 1, Terryville was arrested on March 27 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Mischa A. Jordan, 27, of 11 Leichtner Dr., East Hartford was arrested on March 27 and charged with first degree identity theft.
•Kevin W. Chamberlain, 42, no address provided, was arrested on March 27 and charged with second degree robbery and sixth degree larceny. He was arrested in another incident and charged with second degree robbery and fourth degree larceny. He then was arrested in another incident and charged with third degree robbery and sixth degree larceny. He then was arrested in another incident and charged with sixth degree larceny and second degree robbery.
•Devan Rodrigue, 19, no address provided, was arrested on March 27 and charged with sixth degree larceny and fraud use of auto teller machine.
•Alexis Colon, 33, of 49 Ceder St., Apt. No. 5S, New Britain was arrested on March 26 and charged with criminal violation of protective order threatening and criminal violation of protective order non-threatening. He was arrested in another incident and charged with conspiracy and sixth degree larceny.
•Ramarys Delgado, 21, of 162 Davis Dr., Bristol was arrested on March 26 and charged with conspiracy and sixth degree larceny.
•Tracey Hemingway, 32, of 144 Old Hebron Rd., Colchester was arrested on March 26 and charged with criminal violation of protective order threatening, criminal violation of protective order non threatening, first degree stalking, first degree criminal trespass, third degree criminal mischief, sixth degree larceny, and second degree breach of peace.
•Tammy L. Boyd, 38, of 239 Summer St., Apt. No. 2, Bristol was arrested on March 26 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Kirk D. Marshall, 26, of 25 River St., Bristol was arrested on March 25 and charged with violation of probation. He was arrested in another incident and charged with third degree burglary, sixth degree larceny, and third degree criminal mischief.
•Timothy K. Ventry, 59, of 210 Torringford St., Torrington was arrested on March 25 and charged with threatening and second degree breach of peace.
•Ashley N. Nedley, 27, of 84 Queen St., Bristol was arrested on March 25 and charged with fugitive from justice-warrant.
•Antwan Hunter, 33, of 16 Greenwood St., East Hartford was arrested on March 25 and charged with violation of probation.
•Barbara Bahjat, 61, of 1118 Fienemann Rd., Farmington was arrested on March 25 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Josh Hatak, 24, of 6 Beech St., Apt. No. 1, Bristol was arrested on March 24 and charged with evading responsibility and following too close.
•Malcolm Mcgough, 56, of 58 Martin Rd., Bristol was arrested on March 24 and charged with operation while under the influence and second degree breach of peace.
•Yahaira Y. Vega, 34, of 47 Summer St., Apt. No. 5, Bristol was arrested on March 24 and charged with sixth degree larceny. She was arrested in another incident and charged with first degree failure to appear.
•Madeline Ramirez, 33, of 94 Union St., Bristol was arrested on March 24 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Robert Mosback, 41, of 121 Winding Brook Rd., Bristol was arrested on March 24 and charged with second degree assault and disorderly conduct.
•Curtis Jenkins, 42, of 110 Brentmoor Rd., East Hartford was arrested on March 24 and charged with second degree breach of peace and third degree assault.
•Daniel J. Fountain, 31, of 7 Baer St., Apt. No. A2, Middletown was arrested on March 24 and charged with first degree unlawful restraint, third degree assault, and second degree breach of peace.
•Equan A. Perez, 30, of 121 Jerome Ave., Bristol was arrested on March 24 and charged with evading responsibility, restricted turns fail signal, and operating motor vehicle without license.
•Angie Genest, 39, of 565 Clark Ave., Apt. No. 5, Bristol was arrested on March 23 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Charles Mishler, 52, of 15 Florence St., Manchester was arrested on March 23 and charged with failure to comply fingerprint request, operation while under the influence, operation with registration/license suspended/revoked, driving right hand lane, and interfering with an officer.
•Emanuel Lopez, 21, of 111 Gridley St., Bristol was arrested on March 23 and charged with violation of probation.
•Kathleen Ballou, 63, of 123 Kenney St., Bristol was arrested on March 23 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Jose Figueroa, 31, of 174 Curtis St., third floor, New Britain was arrested on March 22 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Scott N. Squires, 37, of 22 Ingraham St., Apt. No. 7, Bristol was arrested on March 22 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Matthew Churchelow, 23, of 375 Wolcott St., Bristol was arrested on March 22 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Shelly Churchelow, 26, of 375 Wolcott St., Bristol was arrested on March 22 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Luis Roberto Gutierrez, 24, of 81 Locust St., Bristol was arrested on March 21 and charged with operation while under the influence and speeding.
•Rebecca Ann Lamarre, 43, of 112 Goodwin St., Bristol was arrested on March 21 and charged with operation while under the influence.
•Eddie C. Whitehead, 44, of 155 Shawn Dr., Apt. No. A-4, Bristol was arrested on March 21 and charged with illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescriptions and illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescription of narcotics. He was arrested in another incident and charged with illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescriptions and illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescription of narcotics, and distribution of controlled substances less than 1500 feet from school.
•William LaVista, 54, of 192 Main St., Apt. No. 9, Bristol was arrested on March 21 and charged with third degree larceny.
•Alexis D. Nelson, 52, of 60 Earle St., Hartford was arrested on March 21 and charged with sixth degree larceny and second degree breach of peace.
