Police blotter for March 28

The Bristol Police Department reported the following arrests:
•Michael N. Kowalski, 43, of 101 Oak Hill Dr., Bristol was arrested on March 18 and charged with second degree breach of peace and first degree criminal trespass.
•Daniel C. Vice, 27, of 9 Agney Ave., Apt. No. 2, Terryville was arrested on March 18 and charged with operation while under the influence.
•Isaiah Williams, 26, of 5 Seymour St., Windsor was arrested on March 17 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Ronald Cooper, 42, of 94 Divinity St., Bristol was arrested on March 17 and charged with interfering with an officer, illegal possession of marijuana, illegal possession and illegal possession of narcotics. He was arrested in another incident and charged with illegal manufacturing/distribution/sale of prescription and illegal manufacturing/distribution/sale of prescription of narcotics.
•Guillermo Garcia, 36, of 8 Kenyon Court., Hartford was arrested on March 17 and charged with first degree sexual assault and injury/risk/impairing morals.
•Frank Billeci, 63, of 52 Maple Ave., Wallingford was arrested on March 17 and charged with fifth degree larceny.
•Erik R. Kastner, 34, of 4 Cianci Ave., Plainville was arrested on March 17 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Maryssa Nicole Vega, 21, of 154 Fairview St., New Britain was arrested on March 17 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Ramon Hernandez, 57, of 55 Prospect St., Apt. No. 1, Bristol was arrested on March 17 and charged with fourth degree sexual assault, fourth degree sexual assault of victim under 16-years-old, and injury/risk/impairing morals.
•Kevin Buden, 22, of 33 Forest St., Bristol was arrested on March 16 and charged with sixth degree larceny. He was arrested in another incident and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Kevin W. Vereneau, 31, of 277 Park St., Bristol was arrested on March 16 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Karin Schwartz, 39, of 54 Lardner Rd., Bristol was arrested on March 16 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Seth Steina, 34, of 54 Lardner Rd., Bristol was arrested on March 16 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•John E. Dow, 53, no address provided, was arrested on March 15 and charged with operation while under the influence and failure to grant right of way.
•Robert E. Svelnys, 22, of 56 Imlay St., Hartford was arrested on March 14 and charged with operation while under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane, and failure to obey control signal.
•Jackeline Negrom-Gonzalez, 40, of 111 Shawn Dr., Apt. No. C11, Bristol was arrested on March 14 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Jeremy Sparks, 28, of 250 Terryville Ave., Bristol was arrested on March 14 and charged with illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescriptions, illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescriptions of narcotics, conspiracy to commit illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescriptions, and conspiracy to commit illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescriptions of narcotics.
•Charles Wandlaincourt, 35, of 9 Conlon St., Apt. No. 2N, Bristol was arrested on March 21 and charged with illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescriptions and illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescription of narcotics.
•Sean Ryan, 43, of 29 Paxton St., Watertown was arrested on March 21 and charged with second degree failure to appear. He was arrested in another incident and charged with criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer, operation with registration/license suspended/revoked, and operation with unsafe tires.
•Joseph R. Sims, 34, of 145 Shawn Dr., Apt. No. 12, Bristol was arrested on March 20 and charged with operation while under the influence, restricted turns fail signal.
•David A. Ladd, 47, of 102 South St., Bristol was arrested on March 20 and charged with illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescriptions, illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescription of narcotics, distribution of controlled substances less than 1500 feet from school. He was arrested in another incident and charged with interfering with an officer, tampering with or fabricating, illegal possession, and illegal possession of narcotics. He then was arrested in another incident and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Robert Combe, 40, of 102 South St., Apt. No. 4, Bristol was arrested on March 20 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Raymond J. Gonzalez, 28, of 81 Bianca Rd., Bristol was arrested on March 20 and charged with operation with registration/license suspended/revoked, illegal possession, and illegal possession of narcotics.
•Shawnti M. Chiarappi, 34, of 128 Laurel St., Bristol was arrested on March 20 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Alexis Esteban Rodriguez, 20, of 83 Wolcott St., Bristol was arrested on March 19 and charged with third degree assault and disorderly conduct.
•Anthony Barna, 45, of 42 West St., Naugatuck was arrested on March 19 and charged with second degree criminal mischief, first degree criminal trespass, and second degree breach of peace.
•Anthony J. Bagliore, 44, of 1191 Meriden Ave., Southington was arrested on March 18 and charged with operation while under the influence.
•Rosaura Rivera, 20, of 21 Wolcott St., Bristol was arrested on March 18 and charged with disorderly conduct.
•Lamar David Scott, 19, of 651 Jerome Ave., Bristol was arrested on March 18 and charged with disorderly conduct and third degree criminal mischief.
