Police blotter for April 15

Bristol police reported the following arrests:

• Denis J. Dallaire, 50, of 34 Dewey Ave., Bristol, was arrested April 1 and charged with evading responsibility through physical injury and/or property damage and no insurance.
• Dean Vinci, 29, of 6 Rockledge Dr., West Hartford, was arrested April 1 and charged with obtaining a controlled substance by fraud, illegal possession of narcotics, illegally obtaining a supply of drugs via fraud/false statement, second degree forgery and insurance fraud.
• Justin R. Spielvogel, 34, of 35 Bonnie Ct., Bristol, was arrested April 1 and charged with fugitive from justice warrant.
• Eric R. Stone, 27, of 300 Stevens St., Bristol, was arrested April 1 and charged with violation of protective order, third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
• Jonathon Tieman, 45, of 60 West St., Litchfield, was arrested April 2 and charged with first degree larceny.
• Chad W. Reinhard, 34, of 172 Indian Trail, Bristol, was arrested April 2 and charged with fifth degree larceny.
• Rosalynn Toucet, 38, of 118 Davis Dr., Bristol, was arrested April 3 and charged with second degree breach of peace and first degree criminal trespass.
• Zachary Madore, 19, of 30 Fair St., Bristol, was arrested April 3 and charged with second degree breach of peace and second degree criminal mischief.
• Nicole Teardo, 20, of 153 Gridley St., Bristol, was arrested April 3 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
• Darius Powell, 21, of 85 Gridley St., Bristol, was arrested April 4 and charged with second degree larceny and disorderly conduct.
• Shannon E. Kobles, 30, of 21 Hunters Ridge, Unionville, was arrested April 4 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
• Jasmine Gagne, 19, of 70 Boardman St., Apt. C6, Bristol, was arrested April 5 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
• Derrick Ward, 18, of 3 Blue Bird Rd., Middletown, was arrested April 5 and charged with criminal violation of protective order.
• Katherine Kunda, 45, of 36 Willis St., Bristol, was arrested April 5 and charged with third degree assault and disorderly conduct.
• Christopher J. McMullan, 23, of 36 Willis St., Bristol, Apt. 6A, was arrested April 5 and charged with disorderly conduct.
• Christine Bilbraut, 27, of 29 Lillian Rd., Bristol, was arrested April 5 and charged with operation of a motor vehicle while using a hand-held mobile telephone to engage in a call or while using a mobile electronic device and operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Jason M. Pilon, 35, of 420 King St., Apt. C6, Bristol, was arrested April 6 and charged with operation while registered license suspended/revoked, failure to grant right if way on a left turn, failure to carry insurance ID and operation while under the influence.
• Mark A. McBride, 36, of 322 Washington St., Apt. 1, New Britain, was arrested April 6 and charged with disorderly conduct, third degree assault and interfering with a 911 call.
• Mark Crooks, 27, of 72 Park St., Bristol, was arrested April 6 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
• Giselle Rivera Otiz, 31, of 150 School St., Bristol, was arrested April 6 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
• Scott Cabrera, 44, of 30 Howard Ave., Bristol, was arrested April 7 and charged with fifth degree larceny.
• Lukasz M. Saturski, 33, of 365 Woodford Ave., Apt. G37, Plainville, was arrested April 7 and charged with interfering with an officer, operation while under the influence and possession of a controlled substance.
