Police blotter for Jan. 29

The Bristol Police Department reported the following arrests last week.
•Devon Soucy, 29, of 171 Dings Rd., Apt. 22, New Hartford, was arrested Jan. 15 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Veronica I. Reyes, 22, of 509 Allentown Rd., Bristol, was arrested Jan. 15 and charged with cruelty to animals.
•Michael Richardson, 37, of 29 Prospect Ext. St., Terryville, was arrested Jan. 15 and charged with second degree failure to appear and violation of probation.
•Andre Brinson, 35, of 267 Main St., Apt. 11, Bristol, was arrested Jan. 15 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Edward G. Stanton, 32, of 515 Stanley St., New Britain, was arrested Jan. 15 and charged with sixth degree larceny, injury to or risk of impairing morals, evading responsibility, and failure to yield right of way to pedestrian.
•Chelsea Cekauskas, 22, of 66 Emmett St., Apt. 3, Bristol, was arrested Jan. 15 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Adam Willis, 24, of 66 Emmett St., Apt. 3, Bristol, was arrested Jan. 15 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Randolph Dressel, 25, of 15 Shelton Ave., Wolcott, was arrested Jan. 16 and charged with operation while under the influence.
•Pamala Blaisdell, 50, of 159 Mountain View Ave., Bristol, was arrested Jan. 16 and charged with disorderly conduct.
•Frank Cleaves, 54, of 159 Mountain View Ave., Bristol, was arrested Jan. 16 and charged with disorderly conduct.
•Devon Crussana, 29, of 267 Main St., Apt. 3, Bristol, was arrested Jan. 16 and charged with two counts of failure to respond to infraction.
•Denise Perez, 45, of 111 Gridley St., Bristol, was arrested Jan. 16 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Kimberly Prescott, 26, of 89 Field St., Bristol, was arrested Jan. 16 and charged with sixth degree larceny and criminal libility acts to another/sixth degree larceny.
•Adam Quinn, 32, of 131 Main St., Bristol, was arrested Jan. 16 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Brandi Pappi, 22, of 43 Lawson St., Bristol, was arrested Jan. 16 and charged with disorderly conduct.
•Max Mironov, 24, of 372 Park St., Apt. 4, Bristol, was arrested Jan. 16 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Michael W. Zeidler, 31, of 44 Watchtower Rd., Plymouth, was arrested Jan. 17 and charged with operation while under the influence.
•Christopher C. Mitchell, 43, of 64 Williams St., Bristol, was arrested Jan. 17 and charged with second degree stalking, second degree harassment, second degree criminal mischief, and second degree breach of peace.
•Juan Garcia, 32, of 144 Oak St., Waterbury, was arrested Jan. 20 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Jason A. Flores, 30, of 172 Arlington St., Bristol, was arrested Jan. 20 and charged with second degree threatening and second degree harassment.
•Penny Webber, 45, of 341 Lake Plymouth Blvd., Plymouth, was arrested Jan. 20 and charged with sixth degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny.
•Lisa Hobson, 50, of 15 Hoiser Rd., Plymouth, was arrested Jan. 20 and charged with sixth degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny.
•Frank Cleaves, 54, of 159 Mountain View Ave., Bristol, was arrested Jan. 20 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Pamala Blaisdell, 50, of 268 Divinity St., Bristol, was arrested Jan. 20 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Stuart Palmer, 51, of 21 Emory Ct., Bristol, was arrested Jan. 20 and charged with sixth degree larceny, illegal use of credit card and credit card theft.
•Kasiana Goodman, 24, of 228 Hillside Ave., Waterbury, was arrested Jan. 20 and charged with traveling unreasonably fast, failure to drive right and negligent homicide with a motor vehicle.
•Kayla E. Jarvis, 24, of 127 Davis Dr., Bristol, was arrested Jan. 20 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Stephen J. Labonte, 35, of 248 Woodford Ave., Plainville, was arrested Jan. 20 and charged with criminal violation of protection order threatening, second degree threatening, first degree criminal trespass, and second degree breach of peace.
•Girald Cokali, 23, of 100 Norton Park Rd., Apt. C2, Plainville, was arrested Jan. 21 and charged with second degree breach of peace and second degree threatening.
•Jessie J. Blaze, 47, of 222 Bradley Ave., Apt. 5B, Waterbury, was arrested Jan. 21 and charged with violation of probation.
•Kimberly Prescott, 26, of no certain address, Bristol, was arrested Jan. 21 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Alexis Martinez, 29, of 152 Treemont St., New Britain, was arrested Jan. 21 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•John Stephens, 31, of 89 Field St., Bristol, was arrested Jan. 21 and charged with violation of probation.
•Todd J. Norrie, 52, of 312 Russet Lane, Southington, was arrested Jan. 21 and charged with evading responsibility, operation while under the influence, no insurance, interfering with an officer and assault on a peace officer.
•Lamare Brooks, 30, of 124 Peck Lane, Bristol, was arrested Jan. 21 and charged with illegal manufacture, distribution and sale of narcotics, distribution of controlled substances less than 1,500’ from a school/high school and criminal possession of a firearm or electronic defense weapon.
