From May 18 through May 31, the Bristol Police Department made a total of 392 arrests during the Click It or Ticket Campaign.
According to a press release from the police department, these arrests are comprised of 246 seatbelt arrests, 22 cell phone arrests, 21 speeding arrests, eight DWI arrests and 95 other motor vehicle arrests.
Despite the end of the campaign, the police department said in the release officers will continue to enforce these types of motor vehicle violations.
“Our ultimate goal is to promote safe driving and increase the protection of all motorists,” said the Bristol Police Department in the release.
