bristol police patchThe Bristol Police Department reported the following arrests last week.
•Patrick J. Wegner, 37, of 371 Emmett St., Apt: 62, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 13 and charged with failure to register offense against minor/sexual violence outside Connecticut.
•Richard Carello, 60, of 71 Mountain View Ave., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 14 and charged with interfering with a 911 call and disorderly conduct.
•Israel Guzman, 42, of 39 Wolcott St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 14 and charged with second degree breach of peace, second degree violation condition of release and first degree criminal trespass.
•Jan R. Willicka, 57, of 29 October Lane, Plantsville, was arrested Feb. 14 and charged with operation while under the influence, interfering with an officer and first degree criminal mischief.
•Michael Z. Glazier, 26, of 109 Strawberry Hill Rd., was arrested Feb. 14 and charged with operation while under the influence, traveling too fast for conditions and restricted turns fail signal.
•Jesse Sarrano, 36, of 29 Ingraham St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 15 and charged with operation while under the influence and no insurance.
•Nicole A. Norton, 39, of 101 Sixth St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 15 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Jean McCoy, 66, of 101 Sixth St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 15 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Kayle Saulnier, 22, of 81 Eugene Ave., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 15 and charged with operation while under the influence, possession of less than 0.5 ounce of cannabis-type substance and illegal possession of narcotics.
•Keith D. Bidwell, 38, of 30 Burlington Ave., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 16 and charged with operation while under the influence, interfering with an officer, and operation while registered license suspended/revoked.
•Justin Hebert, 31, of 99 Parsons Rd., Enfield, was arrested Feb. 16 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Kevin C. Thomas, 24, of 56 Pheasant Run, Southington, was arrested Feb. 17 and charged with operation while under the influence, restricted turns fail signal, and failure to comply with fingerprint requests.
•Allyson J. Recchia, 34, of 30 Greystone Ext. Rd., Plymouth, was arrested Feb. 18 and charged with conspiracy to commit third degree burglary, conspiracy to commit fourth degree larceny and conspiracy to commit first degree criminal mischief.
•Ashley Colon, 24, of 218 Middlesex Ave., Chester, was arrested Feb. 18 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Amanda D. Avallone, 23, of 58 Mills St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 18 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Walter Clark, 60 of 28 Irving St., Apt. 8, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 18 and charged with second degree harassment and second degree breach of peace.
•David M. Quinn, 72, of 284 North Main St., Apt: 201, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 18 and charged with second degree violation condition of release and second degree breach of peace.
•Jayson E. Bruno, 31, of 90 Boardman St., Apt. L1, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 18 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Katiria Hernandez, 27, of 4 Bretton Rd., West Hartford, was arrested Feb. 18 and charged with second degree breach of peace and third degree assault.
•Richard A. Belliveau, 57, of 67 Arbor Ct., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 18 and charged with operation while under the influence, unsafe movements/stopped car and restricted turns fail signal.
•Rebecca Aviles, 33, of 14 Center St., Apt: A1, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 18 and charged with operation while under the influence and failure to have lights lit/devices illuminated.
•Matthew J. Markeveys, 38, of 428 South Main St., Torrington, was arrested Feb. 19 and charged with third degree burglary, first degree criminal mischief and fourth degree larceny.
•Christopher Myers, 29, of no certain address, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 19 and charged with second degree falsely reporting an incident, interfering with an officer, second degree false statement and fourth degree larceny.
•Sean R. Santone, 26, of no certain address, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 19 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
