The Bristol Police Department reported the following arrests last week.
•David D. Abreu, 23, of 235 Main St., Apt. 7A-4 East Hartford, was arrested Dec. 24 and charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension and failure to display plate/sticker.
•Kenneth D. Slaughter, 24, of 206 Davis Dr., was arrested Dec. 24 and charged with evading physical injury and/or property damage, operating a motor vehicle other than a motorcycle without a license-first offense, illegal manufacture, distribution and sale of narcotics, and distribution of controlled substances less than 1,500 feet from a school/ high school.
•Joshua R. Lynch, 29, of 64 Ingraham Place, Bristol, was arrested Dec. 24 and charged with operation while registered license suspended/ revoked and first offense operation of a motor vehicle while using a hand-held mobile telephone to engage in a call or while using a mobile electronic device.
•Ashley L. Feliciano, 21, of 3 Trinity St., New Britain, was arrested Dec. 24 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Janet M. Cox, 44, of 92 Rambler St., Bristol, was arrested Dec. 24 and charged with illegal possession.
•Brian A. Lazauskas, 41, of 92 Rambler St., was arrested Dec. 24 and charged with criminal possession of FM or electronic and illegal possession.
•Phillip B. Bacon, 48, of 268 West St., Bristol, was arrested Dec. 24 and charged with third degree assault, second degree threatening, second degree breach of peace and assault on a victim age 60 and over.
•James N. Testa, 45, of 55 Prospect St., Bristol, was arrested Dec. 24 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Roberto Soto, 53, of 49 Rustic Terrace, Bristol, was arrested Dec. 25 and charged with second degree threatening and second degree breach of peace.
•Diane M. Cuomo, 39, of 21 Arlene Dr., Bristol, was arrested Dec. 25 and charged with third degree larceny.
•Dionna Crowder, 25, of 35 Lawrence St., Apt. 2, was arrested Dec. 25 and charged with first degree criminal trespass and violation of protective order.
•Sean Bailey, 37, of 60 Pine Brook Terrace, Apt. 5, was arrested Dec. 25 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Kayla C. Murray, 24, of 132 Gridley St., Bristol, was arrested Dec. 25 and charged with second degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer.
•Kyle Murray, 30, of 132 Gridley St., Bristol, was arrested Dec. 25 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Jeancarlo Santiago, 22, of 100 Fulkerson Dr., Apt. U6, Waterbury, was arrested Dec. 26 and charged with illegal possession, failure to have headlamps, and illegal possession near a school.
•Roberto Soto, 52, of 49 Rustic Terrace, Bristol, was arrested Dec. 26 and charged with criminal violation protection order-non-threatening and first degree criminal trespass.
•David Betancourt, 24, of 30 Chestnut St., Bristol, was arrested Dec. 27 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Jessica Campisi, 20, of 30 Chestnut St., Bristol, was arrested Dec. 27 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Danyail E. Palance, 30, of no certain address, was arrested Dec. 27 and charged with sixth degree larceny, illegal possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
•Amejda Mullaj, 22, of 268 South St., Plymouth, was arrested Dec. 27 and charged with second degree breach of peace and third degree assault.
•Krzysztof Rosa, 31, of 20 Broad Place, Bristol, was arrested Dec. 27 and charged with operation while under the influence and operating a commercial motor vehicle in the left lane.
•Zachary Fasano, 26, of 57 Foley St., Apt. 3, Bristol, was arrested Dec. 27 and charged with second degree breach of peace and third degree assault.
•Miles D. McMahon, 38, of 34 Jeanette St., Bristol, was arrested Dec. 28 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Stacy Gagnier, 37, of 50 Bingham St., Apt. 8, Bristol, was arrested Dec. 29 and charged with criminal violation of protection order-nonthreatening.
•John A. Alcorn, 22, of 92 Harrison St., Apt. 4, Bristol, was arrested Dec. 29 and charged with second degree breach of peace, third degree assault, and interfering with a 911 call.
•Thomas G. Clayton, 51, of 178 Frederick St., Bristol, was arrested Dec. 30 and charged with operation while under the influence.
•Edwin Stack, 32, of 116 Sixth St., Bristol, was arrested Dec. 30 and charged with criminal violation of restraining order.
•Michael J. Cournoyer, 52, of 74 Locust St., Bristol, was arrested Dec. 30 and charged with second degree breach of peace, first degree strangulation, second degree threatening, and second degree assault.
•Bobby J. Johnson, 43, of 48 East Albert St., Torrington, was arrested Dec. 31 and charged with first degree burglary, third degree assault, second degree threatening, second degree unlawful restraint, second degree criminal mischief, second degree breach of peace, second degree reckless endangerment, and cruelty to persons.
•Samantha R. Cousino, 22, of 31 Hoye St., Terryville, was arrested Dec. 31 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Jay T. Dick, 25, of 369 Jerome Ave., Burlington, was arrested Dec. 31 and charged with operation while under the influence, evading responsibility, and improper passing.
•David Chiarello, 40, of 11 Scuppo Rd., Apt. 106, Danbury, was arrested Dec. 31 and charged with operation while under the influence and restricted turns failure to signal.
•Dolly Cruz, 22, of 22A Bradley St., Plainville, was arrested Jan. 1 and charged with second degree breach of peace, third degree assault, and interfering with an officer.
•Jared D. Gauthier, 22, of 34 Center St., Apt. 2, Bristol, was arrested Jan. 1 and charged with third degree assault, second degree breach of peace, and second degree threatening.
•Richard P. Paskowksi, 22, of 52 Williams St., Apt. 3S, Bristol, was arrested Jan. 1 and charged with second degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer, and third degree criminal mischief.
•Victor Negron, 32, of no certain address, Meriden, was arrested Jan. 1 and charged with interfering with an officer, illegal possession, illegal manufacture, distribution, sale of narcotics, and distribution of controlled substances less than 1500’ from a school/high school.
•Julio Negron, 23, of 315 High St., New Britain, was arrested Jan. 1 and charged with failure to respond to infraction.
