Police said the investigation identified a possible suspect, which ultimately led to a confession and arrest of a 10 year old female student.  The student was charged with falsely reporting an incident, first degree threatening, second degree reckless endangerment, and second degree breach of peace. The girl was referred to Juvenile Court.

The investigation at Greene-Hills also is ongoing.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Bristol Police Department at (860)584-3000.

Police also said the investigation of the Stafford Elementary School bomb threat on June 4 identified a possible suspect, which ultimately led to a confession and arrest of a 10-year-old female student.

The investigation at Stafford also is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at (860)584-3000.

On Wednesday, Mayor Ken Cockayne said the city will be seeking full restitution of the expenses for the city responding to these false threats. He also said the city has offered a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction of those who made the threats.

A 13-year-old was arrested on Wednesday in connection with a bomb threat at Chippens Hill Middle School.

Bristol Central, Bristol Eastern, and St. Paul Catholic high schools, and Northeast Middle School also have received bomb threats.
