Farmington Avenue (Route 6) is closed between Camp Street and Stafford Avenue has reopened after due a gas leak this morning.
At 8:45 a.m., Bristol police announced the closure of this part of Route 6, where officers and fire officials, along with Eversource, responded to the scene.
There was no immediate danger to anyone in the area, according to a press release from the Bristol Police Department.
