The Bristol Police Department reported the following arrests last week.

• Michael D. Jenkins, 47, of 8 Pickett Lane, Unionville, was arrested Oct. 7 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
• Joshua Foote, 31, of 76 Bingham St., Apt. 7, Bristol, was arrested Oct. 7 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
• Stephanie Jones, 26, of 46 Bank St., Apt. C, Plainville, was arrested Oct. 7 and charged with two counts of second degree falsely reporting an incident, second degree breach of peace, and falsely reporting child abuse.
• Sandra A. Bryant, 28, of 482 Broad St., Apt. 14, Bristol, was arrested Oct. 7 and charged with carry and sale of a dangerous weapon and sixth degree larceny.
• Kelvin J. Borrero, 25, of 237 Summer St., Bristol, was arrested Oct. 7 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
• Mark J. Orzechowski, 60, of 92 Middlesex St., Waterbury, was arrested Oct. 7 and charged with operation while under the influence, following too close and no insurance.
• Jessica L. Howell, 21, of 74 Pinebrook Terrace, Apt. 11, Bristol, was arrested Oct. 8 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
• Jason Sosa, 36, of 260 Kase St., Apt. 2B, Hartford, was arrested Oct. 8 and charged with violation of protective order, possession of less than five ounces of marijuana and first degree criminal trespass.
• Harley J. Fitzpatrick, 36, of 69 Indiana St., Bristol, was arrested Oct. 8 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal manufacture distribution and sale of narcotics, illegal possession of narcotics, weapons in a motor vehicle, and carry and sale of a dangerous weapon.
• Amy M. Perri, 36, of 69 Indiana St., Bristol, was arrested Oct. 8 and charged with illegal possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal manufacture distribution and sale of narcotics and possession of less than 0.5 ounce of cannabis-type substance.
• Frances M. Colon, 21, of 157 Rockyhill Ave., New Britain, was arrested Oct. 8 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
• Angel Ortiz, 22, of 171 Winfield Dr., New Britain, was Oct. 8 and charged with interfering with a 911 call, third degree assault, second degree breach of peace and third degree criminal mischief.
• Maeghan L. McDonald, 28, of 71 Pratt St., Bristol, was arrested Oct. 10 and charged with criminal violation of protective order threatening.
• Edgardo F. Sierra, 36, of 92 Denver Ave., Bridgeport, was arrested Oct. 11 and charged with illegal sexual contact with a victim less than 16 years old, fourth degree sexual assault on a victim less than 16 years old, and risk of injury to a minor.
• Thomas Manning, 47, of no certain address, Bristol, was arrested Oct. 11 and charged with three counts of failure to respond to infraction.
• Stephanie Kulowski, 29, of 61 Sexton St., New Britain, was arrested Oct. 12 and charged with operation while under the influence, operation while registered license suspended/revoked, failure to respond to infraction, second degree failure to appear, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
• Kenneth Elyosius, 63, of 258 Farmington Ave., Apt. 2, Bristol, was arrested Oct. 12 and charged with disorderly conduct and second degree harassment.
• Tyler D. Carbone, 22, of no certain address, Bristol, was arrested Oct. 12 and charged with criminal violation of protective order threatening and second degree harassment.
• Vaughn E. Cummings, 25, of 18 Broad Place, Bristol, was arrested Oct. 13 and charged with second degree failure to appear, criminal violation of protective order threatening and first degree criminal trespass.

• Daniel L. McLellan, 49, of 112 Jerome Ave., Bristol, was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with failure to register sexually violent offense.
• Miguel O’Neill, 23, of 68 Harrison St., Bristol, was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with third degree assault, second degree criminal mischief, second degree breach of peace and second degree threatening.
• Christopher D. Laflamme, 35, of 49 South St. Ext., Bristol, was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with operation while under the influence, evading responsibility, failure to drive right and following too close.
