Power outage brings traffic delays in Route 72 area

Bristol police have reported a power outage in the area of Emmett Street, Broad Street and Route 72, affecting traffic lights in those locations.

The outage has caused traffic delays, according to a press release from the Bristol Police Department. Currently, Eversource is working to fix the problem, and drivers are asked to seek alternate routes, the release said.
