Police blotter for May 13

The Bristol Police Department reported the following arrests last week.

  • Gloria J. Tessman, 54, of 40 Peggy Lane, Farmington, was arrested April 29 and charged with illegal possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, evading responsibility, following too close and no insurance.
  • Kenneth Bauman, 48, of 50 Jennings Rd., Bristol, was arrested April 29 and charged with illegal possession of narcotics.
  • Amanda L. Lamountain, 29, of 75 Kearney St., Terryville, was arrested April 29 and charged with failure to wear seatbelt, operation of a motor vehicle while using a handheld mobile telephone to engage in a call or while using a mobile electronic device, and operation while registered license suspended/revoked.
  • Kelly M. Chambers, 37, of 28 Irving St., Apt: 3, Bristol, was arrested April 29 and charged with illegal possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 0.5 ounce of cannabis-type substance.
  • William G. Mickens, 32, of 260 Burlington Ave., Bristol, was arrested April 29 and charged with operation of a motor vehicle while using a handheld mobile telephone, possession of less than .5 ounces of marijuana and operation while registered license suspended/revoked.
  • Theodore A. Grabowski, 46, of 424 Chestnut St., New Britain, was arrested April 29 and charged with third degree robbery, assault on a victim over the age of 60 and second degree larceny.
  • David A. Jakubiak, 54, of 272 Divinity St., Apt: 2, Bristol, was arrested April 29 and charged with first degree burglary, second degree assault, home invasion, second degree breach of peace, second degree threatening and second degree stalking.
  • Luis J. Fontanez, 34, of 124 Gridley St., Bristol, was arrested April 30 and charged with second degree breach of peace and second degree criminal mischief.
  • Angel Lopez-Agustin, 34, of 37 West St., 1st floor, Bristol, was arrested May 1 and charged with operation while under the influence and failure to drive right.
  • Amado Dilone, 25, of 13 Chestnut St., Bristol, was arrested May 1 and charged with violation of probation.
  • Justin Levesque, 32, of 24 Atkins Ave., Bristol, was arrested May 1 and charged with second degree threatening, second degree breach of peace, third degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer, and criminal impersonation.
  • Seth Dunn, 36, of 181 Maple St., Bristol, was arrested May 1 and charged with illegal manufacture, distribution and sale, illegal possession, conspiracy to commit illegal manufacture, distribution and sale, illegal possession near a school, and distribution of controlled substances less than 1,500 feet from a school.
  • Howard Allison, 39, of 53 Haviland St., Bristol, was arrested May 2 and charged with third degree assault and disorderly conduct.
  • Jenna Sutherland, 29, of 53 Haviland St., Bristol, was arrested May 2 and charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Christopher E. Fontaine, 25, of 39 Kelly St., Apt: C2, Bristol, was arrested May 2 and charged with second degree stalking, risk of injury to a minor, and second degree breach of peace.
  • Burcell Thomas, 44, of 81 Rowe Ave., Hartford, was arrested May 2 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
  • William Prentiss, 27, of 66 Center St., Bristol, was arrested May 2 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
  • Antonio D. Cruz, 49, of 20 Frankie Lane, Terryville, was arrested May 3 and charged with interfering with an officer, criminal impersonation, following too close, operation while registered license suspended/revoked, and operation without carrying a license.
  • Christopher Avallone, 43, of 126 Town Line Rd., Terryville, was arrested May 3 and charged with conspiracy to commit home invasion, conspiracy to commit first degree robbery, and conspiracy to commit first degree larceny.
  • David A. Galipeau, 27, of 6 Water St., Southington, was arrested May 3 and charged with violation of probation.bristol-police_dl_16-x-9
