Police blotter for April 22

The Bristol Police Department reported the following arrests last week.

  • Anny Andrade, 25, of 27 Highland Ave., Naugatuck, was arrested April 8 and charged with two counts of second degree failure to appear.
  • Sean McPhee, 25, of 27 Burlington Ave., Bristol, was arrested April 8 and charged with sixth degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny.
  • James A. Farina, 64, of 103 Prospect St., Apt. 1, Winsted, was arrested April 8 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
  • Wayne V. Coleman, 54, of 337 Farmington Ave., Apt. 5, Bristol, was arrested April 8 and charged with failure to register sexually violent offender outside Conn.
  • Jeffrey Behrmann, 28, of 11 South Westwood Rd., Ansonia, was arrested April 8 and charged with second degree breach of peace, third degree illegal possession of child pornography, voyeurism with malice, second degree harassment, and disseminating voyeuristic material.
  • Sierra A. Borden, 19, of 103 Haviland St., Bristol, was arrested April 8 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
  • Bryana L. Morgan, 23, of 228 Curtis St., New Britain, was arrested April 8 and charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Raymond J. Gonzalez, 30, of no certain address, was arrested April 9 and charged with sixth degree larceny, illegal possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. He also was charged with interfering with an officer, first degree criminal trespass, and two counts of sixth degree larceny.
  • Juan Fernandez, 33, of 171 Grande Rd., East Hartford, was arrested April 9 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
  • Margaret Contois, 54, of 31 Pleasant St., Bristol, was arrested April 9 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
  • Jason Deveau, 43, of 18 Hull St., Bristol, was arrested April 9 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
  • Kelly Johnson, 29, of 18 Hull St., Bristol, was arrested April 9 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
  • Luis Aponte, 34, of 36 Connerton St., New Britain, was arrested April 9 and charged with operation while under the influence and operating without a license.
  • Stacey D. Buccheri, 25, of 32 Winter St., Plainville, was arrested April 9 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
  • Kevin A. Bard, 50, of no certain address, Bristol, was arrested April 10 and charged with second degree breach of peace, second degree threatening and failure to comply with fingerprint requests.
  • Nicole Teardo, 20, of 153 Gridley St., Bristol, was arrested April 10 and charged with conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny.
  • Joseph Rodriguez, 24, of 36 Beach Ave., Terryville, was arrested April 10 and charged with interfering with an officer.
  • Helen Robinson Davenport, 51, of 502 South St., Bristol, was arrested April 11 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
  • David Thompson, 48, of 112 Peck Lane, Bristol, was arrested April 11 and charged with sixth degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny.
  • Frederick A. Manka, 45, of 44 Lido Rd., Unionville, was arrested April 11 and charged with third degree burglary, second degree criminal mischief and second degree breach of peace.
  • Giovanna Paone, 36, of 96 Davis Dr., Bristol, was arrested April 11 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
  • Naysha K. Matos, 21, of 106 Jerome Ave., Bristol, was arrested April 12 and charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Jose A. Serrano, 48, of 431 North Main St., Apt. 23, Bristol, was arrested April 12 and charged with criminal violation of protective order threatening.
  • Richard Ziel, 46, of 20 Grove St., Bristol, was arrested April 12 and charged with operation while registered license suspended/revoked and operation of a motor vehicle while using a handheld mobile telephone to engage in a call or while using a mobile electronic device.
  • Garrett Calvo, 23, of 48 High St., Bristol, was arrested April 12 and charged with two counts of disorderly conduct.
  • Keith R. Colapietro, 27, of 376 Park Ave., Torrington, was arrested April 13 and charged with third degree larceny.
  • Christian Hernandez-Lopez, 29, of 89 Judd St., Bristol, was arrested April 13 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
  • Bobby F. Carrier, 29, of 451 Divinity St., Bristol, was arrested April 13 and charged with operation of a motor vehicle while using a handheld mobile telephone to engage in a call or while using a mobile electronic device.
  • Johnny Rutledge, 36, of 176 Shawn Dr., Apt. 8, Bristol, was arrested April 13 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
  • Patrick Baran, 32, of 54 Haviland St., Bristol, was arrested April 13 and charged with illegal cultivation of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia in a drug factory situation, illegal manufacture, distribution and sale, possession of drug paraphernalia and distribution of controlled substances less than 1500’ from a school/high school.bristol-police_dl_16-x-9
