Police blotter for March 18

The Bristol Police Department reported the following arrests last week.
•Brett W. Kummer, 27, of 144 Main St., Newington, was arrested March 3 and charged with illegal operation of motor vehicle under suspension.
•Christopher Solis, 27, of 124 North St., Bristol, was arrested March 3 and charged with third degree assault, second degree breach of peace, third degree criminal mischief, and possession of marijuana.
•David J. Kirychuk, 29, of 192 Main St., Apt. 10, Bristol, was arrested March 3 and charged with fourth degree larceny.
•Rafael J. Alsina-Jimenez, 32, of no certain address, New Britain, was arrested March 3 and charged with violation of protective order, criminal violation of restraining order, first degree criminal trespass, and third degree assault.
•Joseph Sandino, 51, of 93 Lawndale Ave., 2nd floor, Bristol, was arrested March 3 and charged with criminal violation of protective order-nonthreatening and first degree criminal trespass.
•Rodney Lockhart, 21, of 54 Locust St., New Britain, was arrested March 3 and charged with third degree assault, second degree breach of peace, third degree criminal mischief, illegal possession of marijuana less than four ounces, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, illegal possession of narcotics and sale/possession with intent to sell within 1,500’ of a school.
•Brandon A. Medina, 21, of 132 Dorothy Rd., Bristol, was arrested March 3 and charged with third degree assault, second degree breach of peace, and third degree criminal mischief.
•Michel Mitchell, 46, of 240 Summer St., Bristol, was arrested March 3 and charged with illegal possession of marijuana less than four ounces, illegal possession of hallucigen, possession of drug paraphernalia, and speeding.
•Victor Negron, 33, of no certain address, Bristol, was arrested March 3 and charged with third degree assault, second degree breach of peace, third degree criminal mischief, second degree violating condition of release, illegal possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, and sale/possession within 1,500’ of a prohibited place.
•Bruce Chamberland, 49, of 245 Putnam St., Hartford, was arrested March 4 and charged with illegal possession of narcotics and second degree failure to appear.
•William Moore, 21, of 208 Hamilton St., Apt. B2, Hartford, was arrested March 4 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Joseph P. Petruzzi, 58, of 7 Elko St., Terryville, was arrested March 4 and charged with speeding and operation while under the influence.
•Marques P. Hill, 20, of 98 Masthay Circle, Southington, was arrested March 5 and charged with possession of marijuana less than five ounces, operation while under the influence, and possession of alcohol by a minor on a public street/ highway.
•Brittany M. Acevedo, 27, of 24 Salladin Rd., Bristol, was arrested March 5 and charged with leaving a child unsupervised in a public place or motor vehicle.
•Robert W. Frenette, 38, of 13 Holt St., Apt. 51, Terryville, was arrested March 5 and charged with illegal operation of motor vehicle under suspension and traveling unreasonably fast.
•Matthew Lund, 28, of 159 Union St., Apt. F1, Bristol, was arrested March 5 and charged with operation while under the influence and failure to drive right.
•Anthony J. Cruz, 18, of 30 Pierce St., Bristol, was arrested March 5 and charged with weapons in a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle other than a motorcycle, and carry and sale of a dangerous weapon.
•Nicholas T. Pugh-Williams, 25, of 405 West St., Bristol, was arrested March 5 and charged with possession of marijuana less than five ounces, possession of controlled substance, failure to keep drug in original container and illegal possession of narcotics.
•Richard J. Grundwalski, 41, of 365 Main St., Bristol, was arrested March 6 and charged with first degree burglary, third degree assault, second degree breach of peace, second degree violating condition of release, second degree unlawful restraint, interfering with a 911 call, and third degree strangulation. He also was charged with home invasion, second degree assault, third degree assault, second degree violating condition of release, and second degree threatening.
•Christopher L. Williams, 25, of 70 Nelson Farm Rd., Bristol, was arrested March 6 and charged with unlawful discharge of firearms, carry and sale of a dangerous weapon, first degree reckless endangerment, second degree assault with a firearm, and risk of injury to a minor.
•Dawn M. Pearson, 26, of 47 East View Rd., Terryville, was arrested March 7 and charged with first degree failure to appear and second degree failure to appear.
•David E. Carle, 42, of 35 Westchester Dr., Bristol, was arrested March 7 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Justin Levesque, 32, of 24 Atkins Ave., Bristol, was arrested March 7 and charged with sixth degree larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia.
•Xavier Marzan, 24, of 158 School St., Apt. 1, Bristol, was arrested March 8 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Roger C. Wing, 37, of 341 Brook St., Bristol, was arrested March 8 and charged with operation while under the influence and restricted turns fail signal.
•Thaddeus E. Lahaye, 53, of 205 Broad St., Meriden, was arrested March 8 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Gary Schaffrick, 52, of 515 Emmett St., Apt. 14, Bristol, was arrested March 8 and charged with risk of injury to a minor.
•Sharon M. Theriault, 49, of 82 Lexington St., Bristol, was arrested March 9 and charged with third degree criminal mischief.
•Jamie L. Dibenedetto, 24, of 342 Park St., Apt. B, Bristol, was arrested March 9 and charged with illegal operation of motor vehicle under suspension and traveling unreasonably fast.
•Christopher Power, 30, of 42 Matilda Dr., Bristol, was arrested March 9 and charged with credit card theft, illegal use of credit card, and sixth degree larceny.
•James Mulhern, 40, of 148 North Riverside Ave., Terryville, was arrested March 10 and charged with failure to register a sexually violent offense.
•Jessica Johnson, 25, of 100 Ledgecrest Ave., New Britain, was arrested March 10 and charged with second degree harassment.
•William E. Prims, 19, of 99 Gridley St., Bristol, was arrested March 10 and charged with theft of a firearm, criminal possession of firearm or electronic defense weapon, and carrying a gun without a permit.
•Daniel J. Leclair, 38, of 431 North Main St., Apt. 21, Bristol, was arrested March 10 and charged with fourth degree larceny.
•Jose A. Serrano, 47, of 431 North Main St., Apt. 23, Bristol, was arrested March 10 and charged with second degree breach of peace and third degree assault.
•Andrew Taillon, 58, of 45 Willoughby St., Bristol, was arrested March 10 and charged with second degree breach of peace and second degree criminal mischief.bristol-police_dl_16-x-9
