Police blotter for March 11

The Bristol Police Department reported the following arrests last week.
•Jonathon M. Bellemare, 28, of 231 North Main St., Winsted, was arrested Feb. 26 and charged with second degree burglary, third degree identity theft, credit card theft, fraud use if an auto teller machine, and fifth degree larceny.
•Jennifer A. Michaud, 35, of 77 Ivy Dr., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 26 and charged with second degree threatening and second degree breach of peace.
•Michael S. Luponio, 26, of 551 Main St., Southington, was arrested Feb. 26 and charged with two counts of second degree manslaughter with a motor vehicle, three counts of second degree assault with a motor vehicle, operation while under the influence, no insurance, and reckless driving.
•Michelle L. Dufour, 34, of 26 Dwight St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 26 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Yolanda Ortiz, 52, of 38 Main St., New Britain, was arrested Feb. 26 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Catherine A. Carr, 24, of 794 Farmington Ave., Apt. 1, West Hartford, was arrested Feb. 26 and charged with operation while under the influence and failure to keep right on a curve/hill.
•Stephen Sauer, 43, of 240 South St., Ext., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 27 and charged with risk of injury to a minor, third degree assault, and second degree breach of peace.
•Sandeep Singh, 25, of 119 Main St., Stamford, was arrested Feb. 27 and charged with four counts of second degree failure to appear and first degree failure to appear.
•Victoria Webb, 23, of 11 Sunrise Terrace, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 28 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Tyquann D. Whitehead, 25, of 11 Terrace, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 28 and charged with second degree breach of peace and third degree assault.
•Kendall Rivera, 22, of 587 Burlington Ave., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 29 and charged with criminal violation of protective order.
•Kamuu A. Ashton, 19, of 8 Zipp Ave., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 29 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Justin J. Kontout, 34, of 80 Park Ave., Oakville, was arrested March 1 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•William R. Surgeon, 20, of 56 Park St., Apt. 4, Bristol, was arrested March 1 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Anthony T. Hicks, 42, of 441 Clark Ave., Apt. 20, Bristol, was arrested March 1 and charged with illegal possession of narcotics.
•Isaac Acevedo, 28, of 27 Poplar St., Bristol, was arrested March 2 and charged with violation of probation.
•Luz R. Diaz, 23, of 163 Davis Dr., Bristol, was arrested March 2 and charged with criminal attempt of first degree robbery, illegal possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
•Francis C. Doucette, 25, of 110 Mark St., Bristol, was arrested March 2 and charged with criminal violation of protective order-nonthreatening, first degree criminal trespass, and disorderly conduct.
•Joseph Sandino, 51, of 93 Lawndale Ave., Bristol, was arrested March 2 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Shauna A. Morgan, 30, of no certain address, was arrested March 2 and charged with second degree violating condition of release and first degree criminal trespass.
•Shawn A. Thigpen, 34, of 25 Landry St., Bristol, was arrested March 2 and charged with second degree strangulation, second degree unlawful restraint, third degree assault and disorderly conduct.
