Police blotter for March 4

The Bristol Police Department reported the following arrests last week.
•Ashley M. Clemonts, 22, of 154 Emmett St., Apt. 306, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 18 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Clara Nocera, 22, of 651 Lake Ave., Unit 6, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 18 and charged with negligent homicide with a motor vehicle and failure to obey stop sign.
•Stuart A. Palmer, 51, of 21 Emory Ct., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 18 and charged with illegal use of credit card, credit card theft, third degree identity theft and sixth degree larceny.
•Anthony Romano, 26, of 104 Vine Rd., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 18 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Daren Gorneault, 53, of 220 Monce Rd., Burlington, was arrested Feb. 18 and charged with failure to obey control signal, no insurance, illegal operation of motor vehicle under suspension, and operation of an unregistered motor vehicle.
•Kasan D. Shaw, 24, of 228 East Rd., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 19 and charged with carry and sale of a dangerous weapon, carrying a gun without a permit, theft of a firearm, second degree breach of peace, illegal possession of narcotics and illegal manufacture, distribution and sale.
•Andrew P. Pelletier, 23, of 443 Fall Mountain Rd., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 19 and charged with operation while under the influence, reckless driving, failure to obey control signal and improper passing.
•Jose L. Rivera, 39, of 134 Lillian Rd., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 19 and charged with failure to respond to infraction.
•Sean M. Stevens, 36, of 20 Anthony Dr., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 19 and charged with illegal operation of motor vehicle under suspension, and failure to grant right of way on a left hand turn.
•Anthony Venturo, 86, of 693 Stevens St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 19 and charged with second degree threatening, second degree breach of peace and risk of injury to a minor.
•Richard Jones, 58, of 94 Gaylord St., Apt. 11, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 19 and charged with disorderly conduct.
•Michael Cruess, 22, of 1225 Queen St., Apt. 2, Southington, was arrested Feb. 20 and charged with third degree assault, second degree breach of peace, second degree threatening and second degree criminal mischief.
•Paris D. McDougald, 24, of 187 Surrey Dr., Apt. 61, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 20 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Emily Slater-Brooks, 19, of 190 Moody St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 20 and charged with criminal violation of protective order non-threatening.
•Randy Braddock, 45, of 27 Rosemont St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 20 and charged with assault on a peace officer, interfering with an officer, risk of injury to a minor and failure to comply with fingerprint requests.
•Shane R. Caminiti, 25, of 180 Cameron Dr., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 20 and charged with violation of probation and first degree failure to appear.
•Deborah A. Champion, 37, of 11 Sunrise Terrace, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 20 and charged with operation while under the influence, operation of a motor vehicle without a license and unsafe backing.
•Ryan T. Desjardins, 29, of 197 Grove St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 20 and charged with risk of injury to a minor, third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Kenneth Dupuy, 24, of 30 Chestnut St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 21 and charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plate, no insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia less than 0.5 ounces of marijuana, and illegal possession of narcotics.
•Herbert L. Harris, 54, of 6 Vance Dr., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 21 and charged with third degree assault, second degree breach of peace, and second degree threatening.
•Jonathon N. Callahan, 38, of 127 Harmon Ave., Springfield, Mass., was arrested Feb. 21 and charged with evading responsibility, operation while under the influence and failure to obey control signal.
•Dyniesha L. Whitfield, 30, of 50 Bingham St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 21 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Jorge Rivera-Rodriguez, 29, of 47 Summer St., Apt. 1, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 21 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Cecil A. Brown, 54, of 345 Park St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 22 and charged with illegal possession near a school, illegal possession of narcotics, and failure to have lights lit/devices illuminated.
•Timothy E. Harrison, 19, of 8 Lexington St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 22 and charged with weapons in a motor vehicle, illegal possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, misuse of plate, no insurance, two counts of illegal manufacture, distribution and sale, assault on a peace officer, possession of controlled substance, and illegal possession.
•Deborah McGrath, 47, of 187 Maple St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 22 and charged with disorderly conduct.
•Francis C. Doucette, 25, of 110 Mark St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 22 and charged with interfering with an officer and second degree breach of peace.
•Dylan A. Fournier, 22, of 72 Stewart St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 23 and charged with criminal violation of protective order threatening, second degree breach of peace, and interfering with an officer.
•Heidi Klaene, 31, of no certain address, was arrested Feb. 23 and charged with three counts of second degree failure to appear.
•Ryan P. Scanlon, 35, of 4 Nicollis St., Oakville, was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with operation while under the influence and restricted turns fail signal.
•Danielle M. Gagliardi, 46, of 57 Washington St., Apt. 6, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Joy C. Recio, 35, of 83 Colony St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with third degree larceny, fraud use of auto teller machine, second degree identity theft, and credit card theft.
•Bryan H. Moyles, 5, of 6 Crown St., Apt. 6, Plainville, was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Darren Pelletier, 46, of 50 High St., Terryville, was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with second degree failure to appear and first degree failure to appear.
•Regina Albino, 50, of 941 Highland Ave., Waterbury, was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with two counts of second degree failure to appear, violation of protective order, and second degree threatening.
•Nicholas J. Carr, 18, of 76 Swanzey Factor Rd., Keene, N.H., was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with third degree larceny, third degree burglary, three counts of conspiracy, credit card theft, and fourth degree larceny.
•Eric M. Morin, 25, of no current address, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 25 and charged with third degree burglary, second degree criminal trespass, third degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third degree larceny, conspiracy to commit second degree trespass, and third degree criminal mischief.
•Alex Railford, 23, of no certain address, was arrested Feb. 25 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Andre Brinson, 35, of 267 Main St., Apt. 11, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 25 and charged with illegal possession of narcotics, possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to sell and two counts of sixth degree larceny.
•Steven J. Doten, 33, of 56 Ingraham Place, Apt. 4, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 25 and charged with illegal possession of narcotics.
•Matthew Coan-Graves, 22, of 28 School St., Terryville, was arrested Feb. 25 and charged with operation while under the influence, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, third degree criminal mischief, no insurance, and violation of motor vehicle license. bristol-police_dl_16-x-9
