Police blotter for Feb. 19

The Bristol Police Department reported the following arrests last week.
•Heather Brayton, 36, of 47 South St., Plymouth, was arrested Feb. 5 and charged with first degree criminal trespass, second degree breach of peace and criminal violation of protective order—nonthreatening,.
•Eugene Chaples, 47, of 36 Center St., Apt. 7, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 5 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Janis Kuharski, 59, of 1255 Stafford Ave., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 6 and charged with operation while under the influence and failure to have lights lit/devices illuminated.
•Justin Levesque, 32, of 24 Atkins Ave., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 6 and charged with violation of probation.
•Anthony T. Hicks, 42, of 441 Clark Ave., Apt. 20, Bristol was arrested Feb. 6 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Colleen Sullivan, 45, of 22 Fall Mountain Terrace, Terryville, was arrested Feb. 7 and charged with operation while under the influence and failure to drive right.
•Sandra J. Dyke, 50, of 166 Divinity St., 1st floor, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 8 and charged with evading responsibility, traveling too fast for conditions, restricted turns fail signal, operating a motor vehicle other than a motorcycle without a license, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
•Lisann M. Cyr, 47, of 533 Brook St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 9 and charged with first degree arson.
•Joseph E. Kalaquin, 39, of 102 Jennings Rd., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 9 and charged with second degree assault, second degree breach of peace, second degree unlawful restraint, second degree threatening, and second degree reckless endangerment.
•Scott Taylor, 30, of 31 Williams St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 9 and charged with second degree breach of peace, third degree assault, first degree unlawful restraint, and cruelty to persons.
•Matthew P. Plourde, 50, of 102 Hull St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 9 and charged with interfering with an officer and first degree reckless endangerment.
•Scott A. MacDonald, 35, of 133 Curtiss St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 9 and charged with operation while under the influence, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, following too close and no insurance.
•Christopher Rivera, 34, of 247 Oakland St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 9 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Alyson Levesque, 37, of 40 Beech St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 9 and charged with operation while under the influence and following too close.
•Daniel Soto, 40, of 302 Brook St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 9 and charged with second degree threatening and disorderly conduct.
•Johnna M. Defilippe, 52, of 89 Chestnut St., Apt. 1, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 10 and charged with second degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer, illegal possession of narcotics, illegal possession of marijuana less than four ounces, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
•Pamala S. Blaisdell, 50, of 159 Mountain View Ave., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 10 and charged with second degree violating condition of release.
•Arnold L. Brown, 60, of 1325 Farmington Ave., Apt. 41, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 10 and charged with third degree assault, second degree breach of peace and using/tampering motor vehicle without permission.
•Danuta Rutkowski, 36, of 54 High Ridge Run, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 10 and charged with third degree identity theft, illegal use of credit card, credit card theft and sixth degree larceny.
•Christopher S. Johnson, 43, of 800 Terryville Ave., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 10 and charged with sex offender address verification.
•Keana Maurice, 18, of 66 Case St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 10 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Jessica N. Wynne, 34, of 36 Canterbury Lane, Plainville, was arrested Feb. 10 and charged with operation while under the influence, traveling too fast for conditions and restricted turns fail signal.
•William S. Hall, 43, of 350 Lake Plymouth Blvd., Plymouth, was arrested Feb. 10 and charged with second degree burglary, second degree stalking, third degree assault, second degree harassment and second degree breach of peace.
•Clint M. Taylor, 19, of 45 Apple Rd., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 11 and charged with failure to respond to payable violation.
•Keith Reome, 48, of 16 Rossi Dr., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 11 and charged with criminal possession of firearm or electronic defense weapon and unlawful discharge of firearms.
•Eileen B. Leo, 39, of 445 Burlington Ave., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 11 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Nolan P. Brutcher, 20, of 485 Birch St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 11 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance.
•Kimberly J. Wegner, 39, of 371 Emmett St., Apt. 62, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 11 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
