Police blotter for Dec. 25

The Bristol Police Department reported the following arrests last week.
•
•Nicole Powell, 22, of no certain address, was arrested Dec. 10 and charged with seven counts of second degree failure to appear, first degree failure to appear and interfering with an officer.
•Roberto Rullan Jr., 39, of 49 Washington St., Apt. 7, Bristol, was arrested Dec. 10 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Christie Rullan, 39, of 180 South St., Ext., Bristol, was arrested Dec. 10 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Jonathon Ely, 24, of 62 Briarwood Rd., Bristol, was arrested Dec. 10 and charged with assault on a victim over the age of 60, second degree breach of peace and violation of protective order.
•Eric S. Pelletier, 26, of 92 Stafford Rd., Burlington, was arrested Dec. 11 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Jonathon Brown, 30, of 30 Howard St., Waterbury, was arrested Dec. 11 and charged with second degree failure to appear and two counts of violation of probation.
•Michael Wilkins, 48, of 279 Perkins Ave., Waterbury, was arrested Dec. 11 and charged with fifth degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth degree larceny, sixth degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny, two counts of simple trespass, operation while registered license suspended/revoked and two counts of violation of probation.
•Judy Voisine, 65, of 234 East St., Apt. 67, Plainville, was arrested Dec. 11 and charged with illegal operation of motor vehicle under suspension.
•Andrew B. Hall, 36, of 135 Shawn Dr., Apt. E6, Bristol, was arrested Dec. 12 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Gabriel Rivera, 19, of 35 Ruth St., Apt. 50, Bristol, was arrested Dec. 12 and charged with criminal violation of protective order and first degree criminal trespass.
•Thomas M. Saucier, 31, of 1044 Stafford Ave., Bristol, was arrested Dec. 12 and charged with operation while under the influence, operation of an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to drive in proper lane and no insurance.
•Catherine Misluk, 50, of 98 Lincoln Ave., Bristol, was arrested Dec. 13 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Patricia Pierce, 60, of 98 Lincoln Ave., Bristol, was arrested Dec. 13 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Andrew M. Thornton, 28, of 489 West St., Bristol, was arrested Dec. 14 and charged with second degree assault through consent, no force/threat, injury or risk of impairing morals, procuring liquor through false pretenses, failure to halt possession of alcohol to a minor, and possession of child pornography.
•Tommie Roberts, 19, of 357 Birch St., Bristol, was arrested Dec. 14 and charged with disorderly conduct.
•Edward Gonzalez, 33, of 247 Oakland St., Floor 1, Bristol, was arrested Dec. 14 and charged with operation while under the influence, improper uses of high beams, operation while registered license suspended/revoked, and leaving motor vehicle without a brake.
•Luis Maldonado-Medina, 25, of 93 Jacobs St., Apt.3, Bristol, was arrested Dec. 15 and charged with illegal operation of motor vehicle under suspension.
•Robert A. Spann, 53, of 100 Metro St., Bristol, was arrested Dec. 15 and charged with third degree assault, second degree breach of peace and second degree reckless endangerment.
•Matthew Pardo, 46, of 52 Wooding St., Bristol, was arrested Dec. 15 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Angel L. Roy, 28, of 198 Davis Dr., Bristol, was arrested Dec. 16 and charged with sixth degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny.
•Crystal Gunn, 29, of 107 Tulip St., Bristol, was arrested Dec. 16 and charged with disorderly conduct.
•Chelsea Cekauskas, 22, of 66 Emmett St., Apt. 3, Bristol, was arrested Dec. 17 and charged with injury to or risk of impairing morals.
•Luz R. Diaz, 23, of 163 Davis Dr., Bristol, was arrested Dec. 17 and charged with first degree robbery and sixth degree larceny.
•James Mulhern, 39, of no certain address, Bristol, was arrested Dec. 17 and charged with failure to rescue sexually violent offense.
•Emily Gilbert, 24, of 300 Stevens St., Bristol, was arrested Dec. 17 and charged with third degree assault and disorderly conduct.
•Eric R. Stone, 27, of 300 Stevens St., Bristol, was arrested Dec. 17 and charged with third degree assault and disorderly conduct.
