The Bristol Police Department reported the following arrests:
•Richard Crowell, 27, of 123 Milldale Ave., Plantsville was arrested on Oct. 10 and charged with violation of probation.
•Ishmael Bundu, 27, of 19 Earl St., Bristol was arrested on Oct. 10 and charged with interfering with an officer and sixth degree larceny.
•Vance Zarrella, 44, of 1 Coronado Dr., Newington was arrested on Oct. 10 and charged with failure to comply fingerprint request. He was arrested in another incident and charged with criminal violation of protective order threatening.
•Nhakden Theam, 30, of 67 Wintergreen Rd., Bristol was arrested on Oct. 9 and charged with second degree breach of peace and threatening.
•Thomas A. Decelles, 30, of 328 Main St., Torrington was arrested on Oct. 9 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Jarrod P. Koczur, 31, of 27 Concord St., Bristol was arrested on Oct. 9 and charged with first degree failure to appear.
•Rocco P. Ciccio, 47, of 170 Maple St., Apt. No. 2, Bristol was arrested on Oct. 9 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Jose L. Rodriguez, 35, of 785 Terryville Ave., Bristol was arrested on Oct. 9 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Matthew A. Rickis, 46, of 111 Shawn Dr., Apt. No. A1, Bristol was arrested on Oct. 8 and charged with third degree assault, disorderly conduct and second degree strangulation.
•John S. Stephens, 29, of 187 Maple St., Apt. No. 1, Bristol was arrested on Oct. 7 and charged with illegal use of credit card and sixth degree larceny.
•Bruce N. Soucy, 43, of 418 Jerome Ave., Burlington was arrested on Oct. 7 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Lindsay R. Moutinho, 23, of 101 Cameron Dr., Bristol was arrested on Oct. 7 and charged with disorderly conduct.
•Daniel T. Gargiulo, 47, of 69 Margerie St., Bristol was arrested on Oct. 7 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Dameon Betts, 29, of 306 Palm St., Hartford was arrested on Oct. 6 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Shante Jones, 24, of 200 Blakeslee St., Apt. No. 259, Bristol was arrested on Oct. 6 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Jill E. Greenleaf, 44, of 33 Christopher St., Bristol was arrested on Oct. 5 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Janice Sanchez, 27, of 101 Cameron Dr., Bristol was arrested on Oct. 5 and charged with disorderly conduct.
•Steven M. Lavoie, 40, of 37 Beacon St., Bristol was arrested on Oct. 5 and charged with failure to obey state traffic control. sign, operation/tow of unregistered motor vehicle, and operation while under the influence.
•Richard Blethen, 49, of 33 Christopher St., Bristol was arrested on Oct. 5 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Douglas Sturtevant, 44, of 4 Mohawk Rd., Plainville was arrested on Oct. 4 and charged with operation while under the influence.
•Michael T. Jannetty, 57, of 22 Crystal Brook Rd., Wolcott was arrested on Oct. 4 and charged with operation while under the influence.
•Kelly L. Klaneski, 31, of 196 Goodwin St., Bristol was arrested on Oct. 4 and charged with third degree assault, second degree breach of peace, third degree criminal mischief, illegal possession near school, illegal possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, and second degree reckless endangerment.
•Stacy L. Mills, 35, no address provided, was arrested on Oct. 4 and charged with second degree breach of peace and criminal violation of protective order threatening. She was arrested in another incident and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Jillian B. Searle, 28, of 14 Hendrickson Lane., Unionville was arrested on Oct. 4 and charged with second degree breach of peace and criminal violation of protective order threatening. She was arrested in another incident and charged with second degree breach of peace, criminal violation of protective order threatening, and first degree reckless endangerment.
•Tammy L. Kelley, 33, of 175 Prospect St., Bristol was arrested on Oct. 4 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
