Police blotter for July 31

The Bristol Police Department reported the following arrests last week.

•Allen H. Bartmen, 39, of 17 Upson St., Bristol, was arrested July 17 and charged with two counts of violation of probation, third degree burglary, second degree criminal mischief, sixth degree larceny and illegal manufacture, selling/possession of drugs. He also was charged with third degree larceny.
•Lionel Arroyo, 39, of 279 Plaza Dr., Middletown, was arrested July 17 and charged with criminal violation of restraining order.
•Jacob M. Matthews, 18, of 71 Dipietro Lane, Bristol, was arrested July 17 and charged with second degree breach of peace, second degree threatening and second degree criminal mischief.
•Melissa A. Amidon, 35, of 29 Prospect St., Terryville, was arrested July 17 and charged with second degree failure to appear, illegal possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and third degree criminal trespass.
•Leonel Rodriguez, 40, of 86 Colony St., Bristol, was arrested July 17 and charged with three counts of illegal manufacture, distribution and sale of narcotics and distribution of controlled substances less than 1,500 feet from a school/high school.
•Gary L. Lamarre, 56, of 162 Judson Ave., Bristol, was arrested July 17 and charged with criminal violation of restraining order and first degree criminal trespass.
•Dianne Hebert, 62, of no certain address, was arrested July 17 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•James D. Harris, 21, of 684 Windsor Ave., Apt. D, Windsor, was arrested July 18 and charged with possession of less than 0.5 ounce of cannabis-type substance, possession of drug paraphernalia less than .5 ounces of marijuana and possession of controlled substance.
•Michael A. Giannini, 21, of 35 Timber Lane, Bristol, was arrested July 18 and charged with operation while under the influence, speeding and unsafe backing.
•Nikia R. McKenzie, 33, of 80 North St., New Britain, was arrested July 18 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Melissa A. Amidon, 35, of 29 Prospect St., Terryville, was arrested July 18 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Raol Lopez, 22, of 36 Park St., Apt. 1, Bristol, was arrested July 18 and charged with four counts of illegal manufacture, distribution and sale of narcotics and illegal possession of narcotics.
•Kristal Lugo-Torres, 21, of 426 Stanley St., New Britain, was arrested July 19 and charged with operation while under the influence, operating without a license and driving in a right hand lane.
•Wilberto Otero, 25, of 126 Elam St., New Britain, was arrested July 19 and charged with operation while under the influence.
•Sean McPhee, 24, of 27 Burlington Ave., first floor, was arrested July 19 and charged with second degree breach of peace and interfering with a 911 call.
•John A. Molusis, 71, of 200 Terryville Ave., Apt. 2B, Bristol, was arrested July 19 and charged with operation while under the influence, failure to bring motor vehicle to a stop, driving in a right hand lane, and restricted turns fail signal.
•Peter Smith, 47, of no certain address, was arrested July 20 and charged with illegal possession of narcotics.
•Mark D. Bartlett, 25, of 39 Homestead Ave., New Britain, was arrested July 20 and charged with cruelty to persons, injury, risk, impairing morals and third degree assault.
•Gregory Cox, 33, of 434 Park St., Apt. 2, Bristol, was arrested July 21 and charged with third degree strangulation, third degree assault, second degree unlawful restraint, interfering with an officer, and second degree breach of peace.
•Israel Guzman, 42, of no certain address, Bristol, was arrested July 21 and charged with criminal violation of protection order threatening.
•Jonathon T. Roe, 25, of 99 Gridley St., Bristol, was arrested July 21 and charged with injury, risk, impairing morals.
•Christopher O. Rehberg, 53, of 25 Larkspur Lane, Bristol, was arrested July 21 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Amanda T. Dellaera, 32, of 415 Matthews St., Bristol, was arrested July 21 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Rickie G. Haines, 35, of 70 Sims Rd., Bristol, was arrested July 21 and charged with third degree burglary and second degree larceny.
•Nicolette Alevrides, 43, of 80 Robbin St., Bristol, was arrested July 21 and charged with second degree harassment and second degree threatening.
•Kimberly Krieger, 49, of 392 Chestnut St., New Britain, was arrested July 21 and charged with second degree forgery, criminal attempt of second degree larceny and sixth degree larceny.
•Cindy A. Broderick, 31, of 13 Edgewood St., Bristol, was arrested July 22 and charged with second degree breach of peace and second degree reckless endangerment.
•Tyrek Stevenson, 19, of 97 South St., Bristol, was arrested July 22 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Justin Dess, 27, of 46 Round Hill Rd., Bristol, was arrested July 23 and charged with third degree identity theft, third degree larceny, credit card theft, illegal use of credit card, and receiving goods/services obtained illegally. He also was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny, third degree forgery, criminal impersonation, and sixth degree larceny.
•Arthur White, 26, of 29 Rockhurst Dr., Waterbury, was arrested July 23 and charged with three counts of illegal manufacture, distribution and sale of narcotics, two counts of distribution of controlled substances less than 1,500 feet from a school/high school and first degree failure to appear.•bristol-police_dl_16-x-9
