Police report robbery at Brackett Park

A 20-year-old man was robbed while walking home to Landry Street on Tuesday, reported the Bristol Police Department in a press release.
According to the release, the victim cut through Brackett Park to get home when two men demanded for money and his cell phone. One assailant told the victim if he did not comply, he would be beaten. After the victim turned over his property and went home, the two assailants left the area in an unknown direction of travel, the release said.
According to the release, the one assailant is described as a six-foot-tall black male about 170 pounds and clean shaven. The other assailant is described as a 5’10’’ tall Hispanic about 200 pounds and also clean shaven, the release said.
None of the men threatened to have a weapon or made any indication they had one, the release said. Police said in the release there are no suspects in the robbery at this time.
