Police blotter for Feb. 13

The Bristol Police Department reported the following arrests last week.
•Scott J. Allen, 41, of 16 Oak St., Terryville, was arrested Jan. 30 and charged with operation while under the influence and failure to have lights lit/devices illuminated.
•Jason Root, 41, of 30 Mead St., New Britain, was arrested Jan. 30 and charged with second degree threatening and disorderly conduct.
•Cord Moore, 18, of 82 Lexington St., Bristol, was arrested Jan. 30 and charged with second degree threatening, violation of protective order, disorderly conduct, and first degree criminal trespass.
•Lenny Lewis, 53, of 267 Main St., Apt. 10, Bristol, was arrested Jan. 30 and charged with failure to respond to fingerprint requests.
•Jose Figueroa, 25, of 9 West St., Apt. 2E, New Britain, was arrested Jan. 31 and charged with operation while registered license suspended/revoked and creating a public disturbance.
•Ernest J. Elliot, 26, of 21 Webster St., New Britain, was arrested Jan. 31 and charged with operation while under the influence, improper number of headlights, and operating a motor vehicle other than a motorcycle without a license.
•Alex Freedman, 23, of 300 Colt Highway, Apt. 15, Farmington, was arrested Jan. 31 and charged with operation while under the influence and restricted turns fail signal.
•Grzegorz Chelstowski, 43, of 357 Washington St., Bristol, was arrested Jan. 31 and charged with operation while under the influence.
•Angel Hernandez, 22, of 116 High St., Apt. 5, Bristol, was arrested Jan. 31 and charged with second degree assault and injury, risk, impairing morals.
•Grzegorz Kozirog, 50, of 16 Weathervane Rd., Bristol was arrested Jan. 31 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Karen Ledesma, 48, of 155 East Chippens Hill Rd., Burlington, was arrested Feb. 1 and charged with operation while under the influence, operation while registered license suspended/revoked, driving in right hand lane, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and no insurance.
•Chad Caron, 32, of 25 Ward St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 1 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Juan Gonzalez, 54, of no certain address, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 1 and charged with criminal attempt of third degree burglary, interfering with an officer, manufacture/possession of burglar’s tools, third degree criminal trespass, and second degree criminal mischief.
•Krystal L. Bard, 24, of 44 Summer St., Apt. 5, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 2 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Sheselle Galarza, 30, of 29 Catheran St., Waterbury, was arrested Feb. 3 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Jacek Zawadzki, 83 Robin St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 3 and charged with operation while under the influence.
•Mark H. Lavoie, 40, of 48 Oakland St., Apt. B, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 4 and charged with weapons in a motor vehicle.
•Angela L. Hofmann, 28, of 9 Perron Rd., Plainville, was arrested Feb. 4 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Jessica L. Waldren, 23, of 140 Sheffield Lane, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 4 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Lisa Pernal, 38, of 4A Queen Terrace, Southington, was arrested Feb. 4 and charged with second degree breach of peace, second degree assault, and injury, risk, impairing morals.
•Jeffrey B. Grabowski, 40, of 121 Sherbrooke St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 4 and charged with third degree assault, second degree breach of peace, second degree unlawful restraint, second degree threatening and injury, risk, impairing morals.
•Kenneth F. Bauman, 47, of no certain address, was arrested Feb. 5 and charged with illegal possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to keep drug in original container, and interfering with an officer. He also was charged with second degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Jahquan Tutein, 20, of 69 Winchester St., Hartford, was arrested Feb. 5 and charged with first degree assault, criminal use of firearm or electronic, first degree reckless endangerment, carrying a gun without a permit, unlawful discharge of firearms, and third degree criminal mischief.
•Neysha M. Detrez, 20, of 31 Landry St., Apt. 2, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 5 and charged with third degree assault, second degree breach of peace, and third degree criminal mischief.
•Dennis Nadeau, 59, of 5 Upson St., Apt.7, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 5 and charged with criminal possession of firearm or electronic, possession of less than 0.5 ounce of cannabis-type substance, possession of drug paraphernalia for less than 0.5 ounce of marijuana, and failure to comply with fingerprint requests.
•Mark J. Paparello, 28, of 58 Lincoln St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 5 and charged with sex offender address verification.
•Jason Willard, 36, of 403 West St., Bristol, was arrested Feb. 5 and charged with second degree breach of peace and second degree threatening.
•Arlene Soucy, 44, of 132 South St. Extension, Bristol, was arrested Feb. 5 and charged with misuse of plate, operation of an unregistered motor vehicle, interfering with an officer and no insurance.bristol police patch
