Police blotter for Aug. 29

The Bristol Police Department reported the following arrests last week:
•Najee Russell, 23, of 360 Oakland St., was arrested Aug. 15 and charged with first degree forgery and fifth degree larceny.
•Charles H. Dennett, 32, of 159 Lawncrest Dr., Southington, was arrested Aug. 16 and charged with operation while under the influence and improper signal for turn.
•Erling Velzquez, 44, of 14 Ward St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 16 and charged with criminal violation of restraining order, first degree trespass, and disorderly conduct.
•Edward Ramcke, 25, of 89 Surrey Dr., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 16 and charged with first degree reckless endangerment, third degree assault, and second degree breach of peace.
•Heather Martell, 26, of 89 Surrey Dr., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 16 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•David Wilkinson, 60, of 441 Clark Ave, Apt: 12, Bristol, was arrested Aug.16 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•John L. Stevenson, 58, of 74 Park St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 17 and charged with operation while under the influence, failure to drive right, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating while registered license suspended/revoked, misuse of plate, and no insurance.
•Clarence E. Thompson, 52, of 32 Akron St., Meriden, was arrested Aug. 17 and charged with operation while under the influence and failure to bring motor vehicle to a stop.
•Kassandra Paris, 18, of 101 Jacobs St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 17 and charged with second degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer, and third degree assault.
•Johnan Leon, 20, of 86 Governor St., East Hartford, was arrested Aug. 17 and charged with second degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer, and third degree assault.
•Willard A. Screen, 64, of 28 John Ave, Bristol, was arrested Aug. 18 and charged with second degree violate condition of release and first degree criminal trespass.
•Muhammamd Aamir, 42, of 22 Lois St, Apt: H, Bristol, was arrested Aug. 18 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Arthur Hapgood, 35, of 141 Draher St., Waterbury, was arrested Aug. 18 and charged with murdering victim less than 16 years old, injury, risk, impairing morals, and first degree reckless endangerment.
•Ramon Delgado, 19, of 200 Blakeslee St., Apt: 97, Bristol, was arrested Aug. 18 and charged with injury, risk, and impairing morals.
•Joshua Gallman, 21, of 200 Blakeslee St., Apt: 146, was arrested Aug. 18 and charged with injury, risk, impairing morals.
•David Concepcion, 20, of 15 Ohio Ave., Waterbury, was arrested Aug. 19 and charged with second degree breach of peace, criminal attempt of second degree assault, second degree threatening, and second degree criminal mischief.
•Randy Braddock, 43, of 27 Rosemont St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 19 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Kevin P. Vontell, 51, of 11 Burnham St., Terryville, was arrested Aug. 19 and charged with operation while under the influence and following too closely.
•Jessica L. McKinley, 28, of 15 Prospect St., New Britain, was arrested Aug. 20 and charged with second degree failure to appear, interfering with an officer, failure to obey stop sign, operating with registered license suspended/revoked, and improper signal for turn.
•Dovin Crooks, 22, of 72 Park St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 20 and charged with violation of probation.
•Carey Allen, 32, of 1081 New Haven Rd, Naugatuck, was arrested Aug. 20 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Eileen Pierce, 56, of 46 Munchausen Ave., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 20 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•James P. Klimanoski, 60, of 13 Laird Dr., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 21 and charged with operation while under the influence, failure to wear seat belt, first offense operation of a motor vehicle while using a hand-held mobile telephone to engage in a call or while using a mobile electronic device, and following too close.
•Stacie M. Johnson, 42, of 37 Chestnut St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 21 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Roy Roussel, 42, of 37 Chestnut St., Bristol,was arrested Aug. 21 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
