Police blotter for Aug. 22

The Bristol Police Department reported the following arrests last week:
•Robert L. Wilson, 36, of 2070 Corbin Ave., New Britain, was arrested Aug. 8 and charged with second degree threatening and second degree breach of peace.
•Samuel L. Johnson, 31, of 239 Summer St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 8 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•James Aubin, 36, of 20 Center St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 8 and charged with first degree criminal mischief, third degree burglary, and first degree criminal mischief.
•Melissa Thornton, 24, of 489 West St., Apt. 2, Bristol, was arrested Aug. 8 and charged with second degree strangulation, third degree assault, and second degree breach of peace.
•Jesse D. Caves, 24, of 13304 Belle Grove Manor L, Matthews, N.C., was arrested Aug. 8 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of narcotics, and failure to obey stop sign.
•Heidi E. Donaldson, 29, of 260 Burlington Ave., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 8 and charged with injury, risk, impairing morals and operation while under the influence.
•Timothy Steiner, 44, of 61 Kensington Ave., New Britain, was arrested Aug. 8 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Shane R. Cote, 22, of 24 Conlon St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 9 and charged with criminal violation of protective order.
•Martha A. Jacquemin, 51, of 28 Hull St., Apt. 3, Bristol, was arrested Aug. 9 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Nancy Frye, 48, of 21 Grove St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 9 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Christopher L. Smith, 36, of no certain address, Bristol, was arrested Aug. 9 and charged with sixth degree larceny, interfering with an officer, illegal possession of narcotics, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
•Alex J. Tsiongas, 19, of 135 Village St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 9 and charged with second degree falsely reporting an incident, interfering with an officer, and second degree false statement.
•Kirk P. Kowalski, 42, of 93 Rosemary Lane, Bristol, was arrested Aug. 10 and charged with disorderly conduct.
•Lisa Derosier, 38, of 21 Hadden St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 10 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Cassandra E. Hoyt, 25, of 105 Cushman Rd., Apt: A5, Ashford, was arrested Aug. 10 and charged with evading physical injury and/or property damage and unsafe backing.
•Timothy F. Hunt, 45, of 1132 Hartford R., Waterford, was arrested Aug. 10 and charged with criminal violation of restraining order and second degree harassment.
•Pawel Lotkowksi, 24, of 41 Pardee St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 11 and charged with third degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third degree larceny, and third degree criminal trespass.
•Anthony Romano, 24, of 178 Maple St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 11 and charged with third degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third degree larceny, and third degree criminal trespass.
•Juan Conde, 35, of 56 Dart St., Hartford, was arrested Aug. 11 and charged with operation while under the influence, operations without carrying a license, and failure to obey stop sign.
•Courtney L. Jones, 18, of 28 Lincoln Place, Bristol, was arrested Aug. 11 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Amy Perri, 34, of 10 Dudley St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 11 and charged with illegal manufacture, distribution, and sale of narcotics, illegal possession of narcotics, failure to keep drug in original container, and illegal possession of narcotics.
•Josue Vazquez, 31, of 174 Davis Dr., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 11 and charged with illegal operation of motor vehicle under suspension.
•Scott H. Powell, 27, of 10 Aetna St., Naugatuck, was arrested Aug. 12 and charged with second degree threatening, second degree breach of peace, and failure to respond to infraction.
•Arnold Levine, 41, of 441 Clark Ave., Apt: 10, Bristol, was arrested Aug. 12 and charged with failure to register sexually violent offense.
•Eric R. Painter, 29, of 149 Town Farm Rd., Farmington, was arrested Aug. 12 and charged with illegal operation of motor vehicle under suspension and failure to grant right of way on a left turn.
•Nicholas Scacco, 46, of 177 King St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 12 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Jospeh Biernacki, 60, of 78 Eagle St., Terryville, was arrested Aug. 12 and charged with criminal violation of restraining order and first degree criminal trespass.
•Erling Velazquez, 44, of 14 Ward St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 12 and charged with no insurance, misuse of plate, theft of no. plate/insert, ad operating an unregistered vehicle.
•Steve Drouin, 20, of 177 Tiffany Lane, Bristol, was arrested Aug. 13 and charged with permitting minor to possess alcohol and possession of alcohol by minor-other public or private location.
•Ronald Acluche, 39, of 325 South Main St., Apt: 2, New Britain, was arrested Aug. 13 and charged with second degree assault, second degree threatening, and second degree breach of peace.
•Luis A. Maldonado, 31, of 21 Wooding St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 13 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Keith J. Meadows, 49, of 218 West St., Apt. D3, Bristol, was arrested Aug. 13 and charged with criminal attempt of fourth degree larceny, interfering with an officer, and second degree false statement.
•Nicolle J. Dube-Levesque, 40, of 69 Sigourney St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 13 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Gregory Levesque, 41, of 149 Gridley St., Apt: 2, Bristol, was arrested Aug. 13 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Darin York, 45, of 96 Wolcott St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 13 and charged with failure to comply with fingerprint requests and second degree breach of peace. He also was charged with third degree arson, third degree criminal mischief, and second degree reckless endangerment.
•Steven Cutler, 34, of 12 Regency St., Southington, was arrested Aug. 13 and charged with criminal violation of restraining order.
•Aaron Mangiafico, 21, of 88 Lawndale Ave., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 13 and charged with operation while under the influence, operating while registered license suspended/ revoked, and restricted turns fail signal.
•Anthony Johnese, 23, of 17 Brookside Blvd., West Hartford, was arrested Aug. 14and charged with second degree assault, second degree reckless endangerment, and first degree hindering prosecution.
•William A. Forrest, of 147 Park St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 14 and charged with sixth degree larceny, third degree criminal mischief, and third degree burglary.
•Kirk D. Marshall, 60, of 37 New St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 14 and charged with conspiracy to commit third degree larceny, third degree larceny, and first degree criminal trespass.
•Thomas Foss, 41, of 34 Eastview St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 14 and charged with operating while registered license suspended/revolked and illegal operation of motor vehicle under suspension.
